Lucas started his career as a Management Trainee at renewable energy company juwi. Next, he worked as Operations Manager at Helpling and as Management Consultant at UDG Consulting (migrated to SMP Strategy Consultants). Lucas holds a B.Sc. in Management from Kozminski University and a M.Sc. in Entrepreneurship & Digital Innovation from ESCP. At eCAPITAL, he is focusing on startups with a digital and/or subscription-based business model, but also on other cross-sectional technologies.
Privately, Lucas enjoys to spend time playing beach volleyball or traveling. He also holds a skipper’s license.
