Aileen Tebbe

Aileen joined the eCAPITAL team in 2025 as an executive assistant. Before moving into the venture capital industry, she completed her apprenticeship as an event manager at the Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland. Afterwards she worked at the FH Münster, first as an executive assistant and later as a marketing manager. Aileen holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Marketing Management from the IST-Hochschule für Management in Düsseldorf. During her time at the FH Münster she had her first touch points with the start-up ecosystem, which further intensified her interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.

In her free time, Aileen enjoys traveling, making music, reading, and volunteering for social organizations.
