Germany is one of the world’s leading countries in the field of technology research and development.

Universities provide funds in the billions, R&D institutes such as Fraunhofer have top reputations worldwide and German scientists and researchers enjoy high international standings. But how does research make its way into practice? And what influence do foreign investors have onto the German VC landscape?
